Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a Dutch-born American performer and actress. Her most well-known work is her work in theatre and for her role as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel as well as Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has a Dutch background as well as being an American actor and singer best known for her regular roles on the TV program That's So Raven. The group recorded an original rendition of the Disney classic Candle on the Water, from Pete's Dragon in 2006, for the issue Disneymania. Due to her broadway role as Belle van der Pol recorded many songs that were featured in the theatrical production's soundtrack such as the famous A Change in Me.
